All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over €50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our refined return policy reflects the attention to detail found in our collections of shirts, jeans, trousers, sport pants, joggers, t-shirts, and polos.

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required (where applicable)

Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of lingerie or customized items. All other products in our collection are eligible for return.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Item(s) for return (product name, color, size)

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions

Step 4: Return Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Exchanges shipped after return verification

Refund Details

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
  • Original item cost refunded (shipping fees non-refundable)
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless error on our part

Exchange Details

  • We’ll verify availability of alternate items
  • Price differences will be communicated
  • New item shipped after return verification

International Returns

For customers outside Italy:

  • Clearly mark customs documentation as “returned merchandise”
  • Original customs/VAT fees not refundable
  • Processing may take longer due to customs clearance
